Services Offered	The educational/learning services, courses, or resources provided by Abhidnya Learning Spaces. Abhidnya Learning Spaces is a strategic learning platform dedicated to solving the Super-Abundance Paradox—the crisis of knowledge without wisdom—by mastering attention and transforming complexity into human-centered insight. Our core philosophy, “The Future of Learning is Human,” is delivered through the Panchatantra of Learning, using narrative, allegory, and human character (such as the Elemental Legends) to teach deep STEM and philosophical principles, ensuring Whole-Brain integration of logic and emotion. Our digital ecosystem is structured around the proprietary Management in Learning (MIL) framework, which guides the user from foundational learning (SPACES) to professional mastery (PATHWAYS). This includes authority assets like the Physics of Life Diagnostic Tool and the Art of Answering course, which operationalize the Architecture of Attention by teaching students and professionals how to decode complexity, align their focus, and achieve strategic resilience in the AI era through quantifiable, auditable processes.
Payment, Fees, and Refund Policy	We do charge for services, and offer paid courses and subscriptions for stated fees, and offer digital payment methods, and most importantly, our Cancellation and Refund Policy is available as separate policy (Check the link here.)
User Conduct and Obligations	No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities would be acceptable. Sharing of copyrighted content or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property Rights	All content on the website (text, videos, courses, logos, etc.) belongs to Abhidnya Learning Spaces or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our course material , is thereby prohibited.
